Open the app, tap the "+" button to add your orchid, and set up your preferred watering schedule. The app will send you notifications when it's time to water your orchid.

What are your business hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

How long does it take to get a response?

We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

Is the app available for Android?

Currently, Orchid Care Pro is only available on the iOS App Store. We're working on an Android version - stay tuned!

How do I restore my previous purchases?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases and follow the prompts. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
